As the Director of Project Management at Smart Living Systems by LADD, Hannah leads forward-thinking initiatives that leverage technology to enhance accessibility and empower independent living. Prior to this role, Hannah served as Project Manager and Internal Operations Manager at LADD Inc., overseeing agency-wide initiatives and spearheading impactful organizational advancements.

Jarrod Bottomley is a visionary government affairs officer with extensive experience in advocacy, revenue generation, and policy analysis. Jarrod has held several high-impact Government Affairs postings for prominent companies in the health and human services space around the country. He is well-versed in high-value campaigns for high-profile companies in the health and human services sector. He is active in his community and serves as part of a number of community organizations. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ashland University.
